2nd day of attachment...
i met Xin Yan at CCK Mrt at 6.40am bahx....im late as usual to meet wif her...lolx....as usual la...sori sori....hmmm..den took Mrt to Buangkok Mrt lo...wah...can slp sia...but i cant slp T.T...so not comfortable de...>.<...so "suffered" all e way to Buangkok lo....almost late sia...we arrived ON THE DOT as e same as ytd...hahax...waited for all...went up to the MAMA store to buy currypuffs...but we went up and saw e shop not opened so we presumed e uncle went toilet like e last time like dat....haha...den we went toilet oso...do morninb business =.="...hmmm.Farhan was veri late...he got lost..haha...so my grp CLAPPED to "welcome" him when he arrived..haha...Tracy's grp was there as well coz they were attached to SiLRA Home which is veri near mine.....=D....after dat went to take bus 43 to Ren Ci lo...after dat we walked to Ren Ci lo...kind of lost in e beginin coz oni walked they once nia...lucky Xin Yan and i managed to figure out how to go....=DD..called Miona before we reached there and she was at the entrance waitin for us when we reached ther...
then she brough us all into the Conference rm and Westley was there waitin to giv us a talk....he was the nursin in-charge ma....lolx...after the talk we went to hv a "tour" around the Ren Ci...^^....went to the OP/TP area and also the wards....the OP/TP there got 1 auntie...den Westley asked the auntie to show us some of the stuff the patients do there...despite sittin on e wheelchair...e auntie veri active ar...play the ball oso..kick here kick there....den went Westley wanna hlp her...she kept sayin "can can"...haha...den Westley was like "sometimes they might get over-confidence"...hahax...he was juz kiddin.....den Xin Yan and i was at the back...discusin bout his looks...lolx....den i told her dat he will look beta w/o the eyebrows coz they were lyk connectin together lo....lolx.....yupx...she agreed..hahha...he realli veri cute...lolx....his hair is short...also botak...den he still use his hand wanna to comb his hair...lolx...funny la him...diaox diaox...haha....kkx....enuf bout him....after that we went to the wards and also a walk around the whole compound........along the way...we saw one auntie....she saw us den was reachin her hand out....at first i dun get wat she was sayin...den Uncle Fred asked one of e participant to get some money frm his wallet and gave the auntie...den i noe dat the auntie was askin money frm us......hmmm....some wonder y and asked y she nid money since the hospital provide food for them....den Miona explained that she was one of the outpatient frm IMH...they juz hang around in the compound and ask ppl for food or wat....Ren Ci(Hougang) is a part of IMH compound...the area is rented frm IMH......so they were connected.....yupz...den after dat we went back to the rm....took money and went to "ta bao" lunch...
the food ther seems not bad la....actually wan eat noodle 2day de but they nv sell...sad lo....so Xin Yan and I ordered Chicken chop wif rice.....i bought a cup of soyabean milk too...yupx...den waited for all den we went back to Conference rm to hv our lunch....yucks!...e chicken wasnt nice la...and e rice was alot...but in e end i finished e chicken and left quite abit of rice lo....ya.....after that i was bored...saw e whiteboard markers at the whiteboard ther and started writin down tinks about the presentation for Afterglow den Xin Yan wrote the debrief questions...and we named outselves "Prof Qiu" and "Prof Goh"...it was Xin Yan's idea though...lolx....THEN...we went on to draw some of the faces of the Com members...hehex...that got realli funny..hahax....we were all laufin like hell la...lolx....next...Xin Yan and i sat down n rest and watched our participants play e Korean version of the "Gun" game lo....lolx....it was not long before we joined in too...hahax..so fun...Miona came in and she joined us in the games too...wahh...the "Silent" game was realli fun and funny lo...haha...i was so e slow la...gana beaten like dunno wat liaox..lol...finally....at around 2pm...we stopped our games and the participants went up to the wards while Xin Yan and I waited for Miona...
we had a dicussion on our program planned for our homes wif Miona and there was alot of changes to be made sia...yupx...halfway...Xin Yan went out to brin her participant in and thus left Miona and mi in e rm lo....i went on to dicussed bout my program....chatted alittle also...ya...Xin Yan came back and we all went up to join e others..they were all at the dining table wif the elderly...Miona told Sheela my planned program den she brought mi to find Jenny too...all the OT/PT therapist lo..ya...den she went on to tell mi how should i plan my program...i hv to make a copy and giv Sheela one 2moro...>.<...will be slpin late den ...after dat cleared all my doubts wif Miona den i went to join e others...haix...juz stand a side lo coz notin for mi to do...den got crazy wif Xin Yan and Gavin lo...we danced the YV dance in the dinin area...den i can see some elderly was like "wat e hell they doin" that kind of ecpression lo...lolx.....so funny sia...hahax...after that..we went back to Conference rm at 4+pm..had a small debrief but i asked my participants to copy down e qns and do as "homewrk"..hehex..dat will be beta...after that we went to take a grp photo at the entrance there b4 goin off...
it was rainin cats n dogs sia...was gana slashed by the water as cars drove pass while waitin to cross the road... the damn traffic light was spoilt lo...T.T...after tellin my participants wat bus go wher den i cross over the road to the middle ther wher Xin Yan was...so scary sia....so mani cars drove pass..."kong bu" T.T...den we walked under the rain to the busstop lo....at ther we met Sheela..hahax..den we asked her which bus go AMK Mrt de..den she say 88..den we all took 88...den i went to ask the uncle wat stop to alight....OMG!!!!!! IT WAS THE SAME UNCLE AS THE LAST TIME WHOM I ASKED FOR DIRECTION OSO LOO!!!!!! diaox..super "suey" la...dat uncle dunno anitink de...he say wat 7 stops..but it was way off lo..=.="...den it was Sheela who told us dat we should alight at that stop...dat uncle oni added on when we were goin off "XIAO MEI MEI~~DAO LIAO~~"..=.="...we long noe le lo...diao diaox...den took mrt...sianx...after dat went Lot 1 walk walk...Xin Yan wan see wat to buy for Edward's bd ma...i nv buy la..coz no money le >.<...after dat shopped abit den went home...
