1st day of attachment!!!...
it was rather a sucky day bahx...i was feelin so not gd....because of some of e arrangementsss...wat was said to us was not the same dat the in-charge was told...evritink seem to be so messy and i was sooooo at lost la....
ok..started off the day by meetin wif Xin Yan at 7am at CCK Mrt...im late...sorry....ya..den we took e train to Novena Mrt station to meet hers and my group members....<>....ok...then we waited there for Xin Yan's grp members to be present...in e meantime..an uncle approached us and wan us to help him get somemore copies of TODAY for e nurses as dat person dunwan to let him take more...so we went ther to take den pass to him lo...but was feelin quite dumb oso la..wat if he was juz usin us..=.="...nvm...we did a gd deed w/o feelin sorry to our heart...yupx...finally all present den we headed off to Ren Ci..=DDD...reached there den i called Miona....she wasnt in her office....den suddenly a lady appeared...she was Miona...lolx....she juz arrived at Ren Ci nia and she was so shocked to see us so early coz she tot we 9am den will reached (we were there at 8.30+am)...yupx...so she asked us to wait in C1 (multipurpose hall).
She came...we sat in a circle and hv a talk by Miona about Ren Ci....den....her colleages arrived and help her set up e slide presentation and also arranged chairs for us to slp...i was feelin kind of bad as she can observed dat most of e participants were so bored....some were havin their "slpy looks".....then..to wake up us...we played musical game..=.="....we passed her Hp around and she played e music in e com...when she stopped e music...e one holdin her Hp will hv to answer a question...i nv gana la...gana oso nvm...lolx...not so excitin game oso...haha...dunno y some participants were like screamin like dat when passin e Hp..haha...maybe scare of e forfit bahx...coz answer wrongly hv to do a forfit...in the end hv 3 person nid do forfit...Xiangyun, e hwa chong guy and Xin Yan!...lolx...but they nv do their forfit la.......after dat Michella came and gave us a talk...yupx.......after which we went to hv a small break den moved on to see e wards....alamak....Miona tot dat my grp (Hougang Ren Ci) will be goin Hougang Ren Ci in the afternoon sia...but i was told by Wan Leng dat Xin Yan and my grp will stay in Ren Ci(TTS) for e 1st day den 2moro all will go Ren Ci(Hougang)....i was feelin quite bad for e miscommunication and also quite frustrated oso la...nvm...it was juz some miscommunication...
we went in to quite a number of wards bahx...even e chronic sick de which i hv nv tried b4....kind of nervous when i went inside...coz i scare im not able to understand wat they want...lucky an uncle who can speak was ther n he told us about his family all that....before that....i tok to a lady patient...she was English educated in e past...she said she was in Methodist Girls' sch in e past...chatted awhile wif her...alamak..dunno y she suddenly cry..>.<....den i try ask her dun cry and try to change topic to make her talk...yupx yupx..."heng" she nv carry on cryin sia...if not i oso wan cry liaox la..lolx....den she kept sayin "kind girl kind girl"....hahax...she veri cute sia...frm dis i can see dat she is realli lonely and wan some1 to accompany her...hmm..no choice...e others were movin liaox...so i told her "i will be back lata" and went off.....chatted wid also a Malay lady wher she kept takin about e past "election...PAP and stuff"....kept shoutin oso...but she was veri friendly...=D...spoke to a few other patients too....^^...after dat we went back for toilet break...den Miona told us dat one of e rm there is used to keep corpse de...she tot dat we would be frighten by dat but we wont..haha....but wat she said was true la...then went back to C1...had a small Time Capsule session....i so had a hardtime durin dat sia...coz e Auntie was singin away usin e mic and i hv to shout out my voice to let my grp members hear mi....we giggled as she sung XPPP...haha...den after dat we went to TTS there to have lunch in e foodcourt..
Miona came along as well....the foodcourt was so packed wif ppl so we had to separate into 2 grps to sit lo...yupx...Nas,Ei Hong and i waited for e others to purchase their food...after a long time...only Aileen came back wif her food...=.="...then i asked Nas and Ei Hong to go buy 1st lo....left mi alone ther haven buy...lolx....den i sat at the table ther wif 4 sits...so mani ppl came to ask if can sit anot den tell them got ppl le...got "pai seh" arh.....so i juz lay on e tables le...haha....then e boys came back den i went to buy my food....i bought "Fish Ramen"....=DDD...quite nice...ALOT oso.....haha.....went to buy drinks oso lo....den after finishin went to Xin Yan's table ther if they have finished eatin anot den we went off and head back to Ren Ci.......
went back ther den we were told to wheel e patients to C1 as they were goin to hv a Karaeok session lo.....i wheeled e 1st patient out..."pai seh" sia....knocked into e door..=P....dun worry...it only knocked e wheelchair not e patient....^^...den went out to get more wheelchairs to brin more patients out......after dat some of us went down to other wards to wheel in more patients..<>..finally wheeled finss den we sat down behind...den we were told to sing some Christmas songs...>.<...we dunno e whole lyrics so Xin Yan went to call her fren for it.....finally we sang it...endin e "Jingle Bells" song wif the "Pingpong ball, Pingpong ball, Hangin on e wall~~~..."....lolx...i bet e elderly dunno wat we singin la....after dat we oso sung our "YV Song" wif e handsigns...haha..they all blur blur....followed by a few campfire songs before we end out performance.......then...at around 4pm...we wheeled the elderly back to their beds.......Uncle "Tiger" oso taught us how to use e wheelchair coz he saw some of us usin it wrgly which in e end may cause some serious injuries......washed our hands den went back C1 to debrief for the day lo...
ended at around 5+pm la....they were quite sian diaox bahx...lolx....coz overshot time liaox...=XX...hahax...dun care la....=PPP....wat has to be done has to be done 1st...hehehex.....after that we went to take Mrt and headed back to CCK lo....walked around in Lot 1 before goin back home....notin to do ma.....lol......reached home at 8+pm bahx...quite late...>.<
wat a tirin day...2noro will Not be ani beta bahx...coz we will be goin Hougang Ren Ci le...have to wake up more early and meet Xin Yan at 6.30am...>.<.....now is like 2am le bahx...juz finished plannin my program and other stuff...so tired sia...i tink i should go slp le...so tired nw..my dizzyness is still here...haix..nitex all dude!!~~~
